Guest guest
I strongly agree. I am one of the original members of sulfurstories. My biggest turn around came when my rheumatologist prescribed the amino acid, SAM-e, a sulfur substance, then came the effective form of Magnesium for me (now a Mg junkie), then came MSM and somewhere in there also l-Taurine. The same doc put me on thiamin when I first saw her in 1998. I too have followed the autism spectrum path and noted the similarities in need. So, you are not alone here. I also take N-acetyl cysteine, another sulfur substance. I used to be highly sensitive to many sulfur compounds like sulfite, bactrim and etc., but that sensitivity has truly subsided. mjh In a message dated 9/7/2005 7:03:11 PM Eastern Daylight Time, writes: I think there's a lot of reason to believe that much of what goes on in autism spectrum disorders is applicable to CFS as well. Same for celiac disease/gluten sensitivity. There have been some posts about these connections not only in this group but in others like the amazing SulfurStories group created by Owens (sulfurstories/). My opinion is that this emerging discussion regarding sulfur-amino acids, glutathione depletion, etc. is probably one of the most promising things to come along for PWCs in a long time. mjh " The Basil Book " http://foxhillfarm.us/FireBasil/

There is _http://health.http://healthhttp://heahttp://health._ (lymestrategies/) They are using a salt and vit C. protocol. Then there is _http://health.http://healthhttp://heahttp://hehttp://_ ( /) Using Buhner's book Healing Lyme: Natural Healing and Prevention of Lyme Borreliosis and Its Coinfections. I am seeing a LLMD who has me on Prima Una de Gato a natural TOA free Cat's Claw. It is said that the quinolones, such as Cipro, are the synthetic of the antibiotic properties of the this Cat's Claw. It's also, recommended to do detoxing of liver to help with the herxing. Chitosan is a product to help with herxing, but it isn't for somebody that has shell fish allergies. I hope this helps. jan > > Thanks for the replies. When I was researching Lyme disease I read > somewhere that the dying Lyme germs give off toxins that make you worse.
