IV rocephin no effect for 3 months, what next?

I have been on IV rocephin for 3 months with no herxes and no changes,

for neuropsychiatric lyme. I would love some advice on what course of

antibiotics would be good next for me? IV Zithromax? I have been

tested negative for Bartonella and don't have Babesia symtpoms but

have Mycoplasma Pneumonia? I would love some opinions
