Hi,

here aaagain. Amongst other supplements and vibropathic remedies the medical intuitive has me taking daily, is Vit D3 in the amount of 5,000 mg. It's been spoken of for a while now, that Vitamin D is sorely lacking in our systems. The system needs it and will utilize it. Not the junk you find in cows milk, but real Vit.D3.

Go online and check it out and see what is stated about it if you have any reservations about how much to take.
