I know that on the site there is a link that allows you to request more treatment options to be listed. Brett Hodges, who asked me to post this, is open to the idea of adding more options. BUT, we'd want to make sure a wider variety of treatments were represented. For instance, there's no Rocephin protocol mentioned under Abx and then there's a breakdown between IV, IM, oral, etc..... If it limits options, then it wouldn't be useful to people trying to sort out which direction to go.
