My thyroid (tsh) was within normal range, but I havent had any other thyroid tests done. It's also falling out a ton. Have you had your adrenal glands checked? Guest guest
It's the lyme. I can't remember what book I read that in though. I have found taking biotin helps. I take 10mg twice a day. That is the amount I need to keep my hair intact. Otherwise I'm finding the drain covered with hair when I leave the shower. I use Frieda products on my hair to keep the frizz out. It moisturizes my hair and tames it. Otherwise, it's just a mess. Hopes this helps. Guest guest
Ditto here. I find as time goes on the hair gets better. I found the best shampoo/conditioner is the Panteen. I use both separate bottles, not the joined formula of s/c. You need to be checked more extensively and make sure you are FASTING....also have your hormones checked.
