Lately, since I've been on abx, I wake up feeling pretty good. Then the afternoon hits me. I get achey, tired, my joints hurt more, my ears ring, etc. Then I actually start feeling decent again by late evening. Weird.
Guest guest
This has been the way for me for years. When I was still in work I used to manage two days and on the third day couldn't get out of bed. I would say it's a fatigue thing. You wake fresh, probably are a little more active than you should be, and are burned out during the afternoon/evening... At the moment I struggle to keep my eyes open at around 7pm so take a nap in the afternoon when I haven't much to do. It's a case of resting until bedtime then... It's a darn nuisance and I really don't know how I would cope if I was on my own. Kezzi. . . . Guest guest
There is a name for part of this phenomenon. I think it is moon something if I remember correctly. For me I just tire out come afternoon time. AM is the best for all of us. I just lay down for an hr. If I sleep fine, if I don't I still get body rest. This seems to help thru the rest of the day.
