Kathy I wish to god my pubic hair would thin! shoot then I would not

always be after it with the razor blade. I hate pubic hair, I thin

mine out, it just seems so much more clean to not have all that hair

there. That seems like it would be unrelated, as long as your not

losing hair on your head, I would just trim it down and be happy!

the olive oil really doesn't bother me in small doses. I think you

will see some benefits even if you do it once a day. When the tbsp

is mixed with the lemon juice, it isn't as bad, and I don't mind it

much at all if I add a little maple syrup. Milk thistle is an herb,

not a dairy product. It has much research behind it and is an

excellent liver protector and detoxifier. It has even been known to

save lives when people accidentally ingested poisonous mushrooms.

The olive oil/lemon drink is used by some doctors as part of their

protocol to reduce herx pain. I first read about it on Gabe Mirkin,

MD. site. Then I read about it on other sites--including ones for

people with autoimmune illness. Also, the candidiasis website

really touts the liver cleanse---which is also on curezone.com.

Hulda uses the liver cleanse as part of her protocol. The

liver cleanse also uses olive oil--in a larger amt.--and epsom

salts. Many people have excellent results withthe liver cleanse.

Patty has done the cleanse more than once. I have done it once and

had very good results. It needs to be done more often than that

however. Thanks for the comments on sugar and Christmas! Thing is

now I am craving chocolate again!! I am just like an alcoholic--I

am fine until I have some and then the craving starts all over again!

Dear KATHY,

Thank you for your reply

I can totally relate to what you were saying about your vision being blurry as this is what I get, not all the time though.

I have stepped up my dettoxing as I have just got a sauna, maybe I am doing it too much.

Thanks again

thanks paula. i've had really bad tendonitis in my left foot. i had tarsal

tunnel surgeries a few years back. my dr was then busted for cocaine. i've had

problems even before the surgeries, but i get a swelling on my ankle about

the size of an egg and it gets quite painful. they did a 2nd ultrasound and

again determined that the tarsal tunnel area looks normal, but i do have an

extra bone in my foot. they say it is common and some people don't do anything

about it. but if it is bothersome, they remove it, (pea size) saw a little off

the bone in front of it an re attach the tendon there. it doesn't sound like

a lot of fun. the 2 dr's told me it's no big deal and barring any

problems....(i just looked and said, you don't know who you're messing

with!!)he said we

will do it out pt hospital and he'd run an iv antibiotic and give me pills.

i would have the surgery on a wednesday, be back to work with many

restrictions monday.(sure) wear the boot 2-3 weeks, then surgical shoe for a

couple

then back to tennis shoes. i just bought a pair of sandals for the first time

in

8-10 years!! i have been in tennis shoes for 7 yrs now!! i just started

walking more and really trying to get my social life back. now they want me to

sit again. i may just decide to live with this pain. the thought of them

opening my foot again in the same area is not really what i want to do.

I was positive on the western IgG,was positive on band 31 and had 2

stars, and on the western IgM was positive, positive on band 31 with

4 stars.

I'm now taking 200mg doxycycline twice a day for one month, then

100mg twice a day for one month. I don't know what I have to do after

that.

I was just wondering what works best for most people. I also have

other health issues. I have hashimotos,hhv6a,and a blood clotting

disorder (I have to take warfarin)

I have sent u a reply privately. But the above dose depends on if you JUST

got lyme or have had it longer, and also wonder were you positive AS PER THE

CDC with the 5 positive bands they require or were you only positive on the

31? When did you get lymes, and are you seeing a lyme doctor? best wishes, c

I am so confused. I was positive on several bands, but band 31 was

the highest. I think I have chronic lyme, I've been sick since 1986.

I dought if I will beable to find a good lyme doctor here. I don't

even know where to begin with this. I should find a good lyme doctor

and be sure that I even have lyme. The tests from IGeneX western IgG

and IgM both say positive on them, and I had a infectious disease

doctor look at it and he said it was very positive. I have all the

symptoms of lyme and get very sick when I stop taking antibiotics. I

always thought it was the antibiotics that were making me sick, but

it's actually when I stop taking them that I get really sick. I have

never been treated for lyme, but for staph infections and sinus

infections. I need as much information as I can find on chronic lyme!!

Thanks,

Kathy

Kathy,

As soon as you go off the ABX then you will become m ore aware of the

symptoms because during the ABX treatment you are supressingand killing

some of the lyme bacteria. You also probably have candida since you have

been on so much ABX and that will be more obvious also. I also had the

ABX cycle for years, every 4 weeks I would have another infection and

feel good, then after 1 weeks start getting sick again. I did not know I

had lyme at the time. I have recovered with using a major nutritional

program that targets the immune system getting stronger so that it

fights its own battles. I will stay on it forever, if these things are

just dormant, I want to keep them that way.If you want to go alternative

then you can write me about things you can do.

I don't know of one in your area, but the one I go to is in Springfield, MO.

He's one of the best, and some of his patients travel a long way to see him. You

can get more information at www.drcharlescrist.com

If you want to maybe find one closer to you, you can go to www.lymenet.org and

they have a forum where you can ask for a doctor referral in your area.

Best of luck,
