I used it for some years and even made my own, but now I use only Olive Leaf Extract (OLE) and it has taken care of my EBV load. Take 500 mg every day and I'm good there. CS is a great product. Use as directed. You can get it online, all health food stores, vitacost, swansons, iherb, etc. etc. joyce

i'd bet your neuro won't like the idea at all. if so, that doesn't necessarilly mean it's a bad idea, but your doc might not be down on CS but might have good specific reasons for not wanting you to use it (i can't imagine what a good reason would be except for a silver allergy which is very rare)... so it's up to you to judge and decide at the bottom line

CS is best made as needed ( it does store well so you can make it ahead). the stuff at the link below is probably excellent, but pricey. home-made at 12ppm or so will do the same job if you use ten times the amount as you would the 120ppm product. a couple oz instead of a teaspoon, or whatever. home-made CS has a huge happy user base. it's very simple stuff, very easy to make. the commercial products generally offer little to no advantage except to the seller/maker.... there's a lot of hype around about CS by those trying to make money from this simple solution.
