I take LDN preemptively. I developed iritis about 2 1/2 years ago and was tested

and found to have the markers for CREST (a form of scleroderma: I have positive

ANA and positive centromere pattern. I was told this disease was waiting in the

wings ready to pounce. 2 1/2 years on LDN and it hasn't gotten me yet.
