Hi Mo,

I don't know if this is of any help but last year we went to Scotland for 5 days and brought our liquid LDN with us - no fridge, however it still 'kept' and is quite safe. I believe in order to comply with rules and regulations it is labelled as 'keep refrigerated' but we didn't find it made any difference for this short period of time. I would certainly keep it refrigerated but for a short amount of time, I don't think it will make any difference.

What we have done, is got a month's supply of pills for future trips.

Best wishes and enjoy your break.

I am going to be away from home for five days next week staying at a hostel in London with no access to a fridge.I am concerned about my LDN, will it be OK to just leave it on my bedside table? What is likely to be the problem if I do this? Does it become less effective or what? Many thanks.,Mo

I believe the reason liquid LDN is kept refrigerated is so it doesn't lose its

effectiveness, not that it spoils or goes bad. My guess is five days at room

temperature shouldn't matter. May want to check with a pharmacist to make sure.
