RDA on D has been 400....talk about a JOKE. For this pennies a day "hormone". I've been taking 5K of D3 daily for 3 years now since I was so deficient in late 2006. The good old FDA people..."keep em sick".

My neuro has all her MS patients take 10,000/day of Vit. D3.  Of course, I'm not saying that is right for everyone.  It has brought my levels into line, though.2010/1/5 oldglory@... <oldglory@...>
