A D.O. told me years ago that is what I deal with in my lower back. AS I take LDN for OA and FM issues and so far the stiffness in lower back is with me always, but I have a bit more energy overall and less aches and pains. I'm only on LDN just under 3 months and still at 1mg. And take it at 9am as the night dose messes up my sleep. I hope to some day take the night dose. joyce
