Guest guest
Sideoatsgamma: For me, what I've had to do is reduce the LDN. I deal with Hashi and taking 400 mcg Selenium per day over a 6 month period last year reduced my antiobodies 300 pts. I continue on 400 mcg selenium per day. I still continue on 1mg LDN every 2-3 rd day and when I've gone higher I feel worse and, of course, get narley constipation. What is RH? I'll be posting my 3month progress report soon and how I've fared with LDN so far. I have less aches overall and more energy, but 1mg is now best for me. At point I got up to 1.5mg and on the 3rd day I didn't sleep that night. I deal with OA and FM issues. [low dose naltrexone] LDN Thyroid and Hypo Symtoms - need help thinking through this. Hi,I have Hashis and RH. I started on LDN at Thanksgiving. Because I know I am pretty sensitive, I started out at 1.0 dosage. Had some trouble sleeping at first but worked through that. A week ago, I went up to 2.0 LDN and now I am having big time anxiety. This is not entirely new and in the past, I would just refrain from taking my thyroid meds for 2-3 days until the chicken little in my head stopped chirping. So, now I have a dilemma-- do I reduce the thyroid med (old Armour and same dose I have been on for years) or the LDN or both? The LDN at the higher dose did seem to be making me quite a bit less creaky in the joints...Gluten-freeProbioticsCalciumVit DMulti B No virus found in this incoming message.Checked by AVG - www.avg.com Version: 9.0.725 / Virus Database: 270.14.144/2625 - Release Date: 01/15/10 11:35:

Guest guest
If it was me, I would. Maybe 1/2 a grain and see what happens. You have to go by your symptoms and play by ear. Yesterday was my second night. I raised my ldn from 2 to 3. Kinda thought I would explode. I had lowered my thyroid by 1 grain yesterday and will lower by another today. I'm used to dosing by symptoms according to www.stopthethyroidmadness.com I'm not going to let these side effects fake me out. I'm going through the discomfort because I've been sick and in pain for too many years. I want the prize at the finish! ~ > So, now I have a dilemma-- do I reduce the thyroid med (old Armour and same dose I have been on for years) or the LDN or both? Guest guest
To clarify, I only suggested lowering the Armour, not the LDN. And used myself as an example (o; . ~ > > > So, now I have a dilemma-- do I reduce the thyroid med (old Armour and same dose I have been on for years) or the LDN or both? >
