Guest guest
-Barbara - I have significant dysautonomia with the lyme and other infections, and now am in a wheelchair. I am feeling that the Buhner protocol is overall helping me, and that herbs are my core protocol for treatment. Knotweed gives me digestive upset and diarrhea, so I have to be careful to use a lower dose. My blood pressure runs low, but with dysautonomia it is all over the place anyways, and for now I am trying not to concentrate on that issue as much. What is helping me the most with the nervous system, is ashwagandha, and also a chinese herb called gastrodia. I know Sara at 1st Chinese herbs would be able to order the later, if they don't already carry it. It comes from Plum Flower/Mayway also. I buy the bulk powder and make tinctures from all the herbs I use, including the core protocol. The other herb that helps my racing heart issues is Khella, which Buhner mentions in his book for supporting the heart. It also has saved me many times during a bad allergic reaction to both food or chemicals. Again, I make this into a tincture form for fast delivery. I have been able to take ashwagandha and gastrodia when I started to become aware of going into a seizure, and it has stopped it from fully happening. I think you need a tincture form for it to work this fast. Guest guest
Jnanda, good thing you are not allergic to alcohol with all those tinctures, eh? LOL. The alcohol alone should make you feel better. ### jnanda <jnanda@...> wrote: -Barbara - I have significant dysautonomia with the lyme and other infections, and now am in a wheelchair.
