I, too, have jumped on the garlic bandwagon. I have taken raw

garlic for the last 7 days, yet no worms have appeared. How long

do you have to wait? I have been taking one clove per day.

Hello,

Dr. Cabot has some good info, and in one of her books she says that

taking 4 to 6 cloves of garlic every day for 4 weeks to help rid yourself of

parasites. But not everyone has them anyway. When I did this, I didn't see any

parasites unless there were some which can't be seen with the eyes. However,

after a couple of weeks I pass did a bunch of white, net-looking stuff which I

was thinking could have been candida. Has anyone on here ever passed

something like that?

Hi Susie

You asked

Has anyone else passed white, net-looking stuff

I read on a site that the net looking stuff or white like cotton balls is

most likely a colony of Candida.

Did you have a problem with candida? After you passed this net looking stuff

have you had any problems with candida symptoms?

I am really sorry that things are going so rough for you. I would back

If there are living things in you they really do not like the

introduction of such a powerful thing as the garlic, and they will fight

Keep the faith.

Like a lot of things I believe you should start small, with one clove!

However if you are quite OK with three well...

I started chewing one per day last year now I do 2 per day.

Hi, Kathy:

That's what I was thinking that it was, Candida. Well, before I started Dr.

Cabot's liver-cleansing diet, I'm sure that I had it. I still have garlic all

the time. It's just that I was having about 6 cloves on most every day in my

fresh veggie juice, then I'd have some on my salads.

So what you are saying is the garlic helped by the cleansing took care of

the candida?

Kathy

Hi, Kathy:

Oh, yeah, it did! Also I had a thumbnail that was fungused for 20+ years

because I had slammed it in a car door in my early 20s. The doc had told me

that

nothing would help it because the nail bed was ruined. After I did the

garlic for about three weeks, I noticed that it had straighened up and the

greenish

ridges were disappearing. It's normal now.

decrease to 1 clove to avoid all this?...>>

Yes, that can be a 'normal' reaction if you take it on an empty stomach. To

avoid that, drink at least 8 ounces of water before ingesting the garlic and 4

or 5 ounces afterward.

A lot of the research I've done has lead me to conclude that you

should pick 3 or 4 antifungals and rotate them.

What I do is a four day rotation. Basically I stay four days on one

antifungal then switch to the next. The antifungals I'm rotating are:

Oregano Oil, Grapefruit Seed Extract, Caprylic Acid and Garlic (in

supplement form).

It would seem that the candida becomes resistant to one antifungal if

you on it too long.

Hope this helps and if anyone else wants to throw in their thoughts,

go ahead I ain't no expert.

Thank you. I plan to take olive leaf first then oregano oil. It will

be my first anti-candida agent in supplemental form. I will let you

know how it will go.

Have you experienced alot of die-off reaction yet?

Hi Joan

Below are a couple of links for you to look at

It is possible that the worms are in your lungs.Do you ever have congestion

coughs colds or anything like that...?

Dr 's specialty is all about worms...she is a little extreme about the

chemicals in many things But her cleanses are excellent

This one is Moritz

He is very well liked and he has several books you can download

for cleansing.

The constipation is probably due to toxins dumping into your bowel system.

Try juicing green veggies... drinklots. Also you may need to do an enema to

help your body release the bowels.Alot od this is covered in these books.

Hope this helps

Greetings to all

Great timing!!!

I was going to mention again Curezone's wealth of knowledge!!!

I have the other book by s Moritz and have been in contact with

him on other matters.

The very minerals he says to by from the company called Eniva are the

minerals I sell only under the trade make of the innovators company.

The innovator of the minerals wants the people that need them to have

them. The way she does it is how I feel too! NO MLM

Getting his book was the single best thing I did for myself in the last

6 month's. He to me explains things well and clears up some points that

I needed to have come to me. It is just like school, teachers can be

teaching the same subject same lessons but something's you learn better

from one and not as well from the other. He, s, is one of the

teachers for me, that I have learned from very very very well. He even

helped me get the Epsom salt equivalent here in Europe ...all in his book!!!

So, I would read, study, and take notes because his book/books will give

you a great understanding of how your body and mind work.

I think I now see why I was so successful in my getting healthy the

first time and why it did not last!!!

Well enough already!!!

You are going great guns and even thru we do not know each other, I can

not tell you folks how good it is to have support on such a comfortable

scale.

Good health

Thanks Nieema!

I just have one last question. People have been talking about crushing the

garlic and then swallowing it like a pill to get it down. Is this

something that you do not recommend b/c it means drinking liquid?

thanks,

J.J.

Greetings to all

Yes, I am saying just that!!! The digestive juices become diluted when

there is liquid added. They need to be at full strength to do their job

efficiency.

:-) :-)

I remember my mother telling me this when I was a child!!! And she was

not a health concerned person.

Greetings to all

Now that is a great question !!!

I can only, as with most things, give you my opinion on this subject.

After a long talk, my husband and I think that until you can take the

garlic without drinking something, drink a bit of hot/warm water to keep

the digestive fire going.

When I chew mine, I make a lot of liquid in my mouth and then swallow

what I have chewed using that liquid. I then chew more and do the same

thing until I have all I wish to eat, gone.

Remember you can smash the garlic and use it in a few minutes like in a

salad or on top of a hamburger or at the last minute mix into scrambled

eggs.

It will do much the same thing.

I am a old hand at eating garlic and at times I do not have just the

plain clove. I think it was Mike that suggested to chop it up and eat

it with what ever. That is good advice.

One other thing that we do is put garlic in white vinegar and let it sit

until it get a bit soft. I am not sure if anything is lessen because of

that but boy they sure taste great inside of a green olive :-)

By the way, you pay an arm and a leg for olives stuffed with garlic :-)

With anything you start, do it slowly and build up. I did not load on

100 pound weights the first time using the weight machine, I loaded more

and more slowly until I could do that weight.

It took us a long long time to get where we are health wise. It will

take a while to get better.

I hope this gives an answer to your question...and started you thinking

of more questions, I know I have more ;-)

Good health

nyet, just referring to Beck's words to Seattle audience's organic

gardeners.

This started with aspirin as a blood circulator for use temporarily

while using godzilla, which I'm going to try next time.

That's what I suggested, that they were using crushed garlic and not simply

peeled garlic.

The papery covering on the garlic bulb is of little consequence.

Air getting at the bulb won't do much except maybe dry it out eventually.

Garlic cloves sold in stores often have the papery covering split or coming off.

This leaves the clove itself undamaged.

You can plant cloves with loose or missing papery coverings and they will sprout

and grow just fine, I have done this.

is it due to a real garlic allergy OR AS I AM THINKING.... is it a reaction

I apologize for not responding sooner. I decided I needed to email

the company that makes this product about your question because I

wanted to make sure I gave you correct information.

Here is what they wrote me:

>>>>>Thank you for your interest in Kyolic Aged Garlic Extract. The

safety of Aged Garlic Extract has been confirmed in studies at each

trimester of pregnancy. Additionally, Aged Garlic Extract has been

successfully recommended for more than 40 years as an over-the-

counter medicine for pregnant & lactating women in Japan. I would

recommend sticking with a plain version like the liquid, Kyolic

Formula 100 or Kyolic Reserve, since these just contain garlic.

I hope that this information is helpful to you. Should you need

further assistance please contact us at any time.<<<<<<

I hope that information helps.

I hear ya . I found that true " certified organic " garlic had

no odors, and I believe Zack found the same. You can buy Kyolic

Garlic in capsules that will give no odors.

But what about the eating the raw garlic which of course is best? I

only fresh? If so, how many a day do you take?

I take only fresh garlic. Three - five cloves per day is recommended

for those that have candida.

I like the garlic raw and crushed. As Bee mentioned, I've found that the

certified organic garlic has far less smell.

I've been told that the garlic with the purplish tinge to it is the best.

A friend of mine gave me quite a bit of it that he grew himself.
