re: ashwaganda-

Has anyone used this for adrenals?

I have adrenal issues, and I have this written down in my notes to try. Haven't

gotten around to it, I guess partially because it is unfamiliar to me.

did not have ear issues with adrenal issues, so cannot comment on that.

I do know (at least with me) takes a LONG time to repair the adrenals.

I had a case of exhausted adrenals about 3 months ago, and it has taken this

long for me to start to feel normal.

In my view, most important is to prevent adrenal issues.

several LL Docs to work with antibiotics AND herbs... particularly for the newly

bitten, antibiotics are a must... not that I like them, but they work... and

lots of follow up with knotweed, teasel, & cats claw (which I got to see in the

jungles of Peru)... I'm curious about (1) success stories with tinnitus & other

head problems with Stephania and (2) experience with Smilax (Sasparilla).......

I did a quick google search of this but I don't see any reference to using this

for adrenals? Can you provide a source for this?

It does say it is good for anxiety/stress and for memory.

An ND just sent me Drenamine by SP for adrenal support. I believe it is

desiccated bovine adrenal gland.

Most of the herb companies make ashwaganda - check in your local health food

store. Winston has an excellent book called Adaptagens... holy basil is

also wonderful.
