Guest guest
Hi, I know it sounds gross, but I have been doing the salt/c protocol amongst all the other stuff. This morning I found a colony floating in the toilet!!! OMG... Looked under a strong magnifying glass I could see all of it. How do I preserve this specimen for my LLMD. Amazing! Thanks ahead of time, Jeannie
Guest guest
jeannie, could you explain what you do for the salt/c protocol. is your llmd backing you on the protocol as i have heard that the high salt intake can mess things up in your body/balance. Guest guest
le, Yes he said the salt/C protocol was fine by him. In fact I put the d*** thing on a wet paper towel and a plastic baggie (keeping it moist) because I have no formaldehyde (sp)? He wants me to bring it in today - an hour and a half away, but I'm excited to have some " evidence " ! It have 12 long strands! Ugly sucker! Sorry! I do the protocol twice to three times a day, but drink a lot of water! I'm jazzed! After 18 years, finally! Guest guest
Colony of what? Lyme will not be visible at all to the naked eye. It requires a very high powered microscope. Its possible you have worms though and these would be visible. When you say LLMD is he a medical doctor (i.e. md after his name) or some other type of doctor? > Re: [ ] Re: colony found in toilet > > jeannie, > could you explain what you do for the salt/c protocol. is > your llmd backing you on the protocol as i have heard that > the high salt intake can mess things up in your body/balance. > > On Thu, Nov 18, 2010 at 9:50 AM, Jeannie <gemstar727@...> wrote: > > > > > > > Hi, > > > > I know it sounds gross, but I have been doing the salt/c protocol > > amongst all the other stuff. > > > > This morning I found a colony floating in the toilet!!! > OMG... Guest guest
What kind of Salt are you using? I have Himalayan and I did the Salt C protocol with the Vitamin C Emercen Packets of 1000mg. Because I did CS first herxed really bad and then did this I am not sure what actually made me feel better. I had a good 3 weeks over the last 3 months. I'm not sure what to do anymore. I know I have to find something and stick with it but I don't know which way to go. I feel overloaded with info. I've been back on CS for 3 weeks now and have been herxing or just not feeling well the whole time. I had 2 ok days and thats it. I feel like my body is just never gettting a break from pain everywhere everyday. I also take Oxycodone but I feel that I am cleaning my body with one thing and poisoning it with another but if I don't take my pain meds I can't work if I can't work I can't eat. My kids and husband also have lyme. We have recently found an LLMD who is a nuerologist and nutritionist but we can only afford to treat one at a time. My next payday is tomorrow I am considering adding Bruhner's core protocol I am already doing most of the Collogeanous tissue support protocol it is just going to get really expensive if we are doing all of these herbs and supps plus CS plus new doc for my daughter this is all so insane. ________________________________ From: <msadams@...> Sent: Thu, November 18, 2010 11:26:34 AM Subject: RE: [ ] Re: colony found in toilet Colony of what? Guest guest
Perhaps it is a colony encased in biofilm? I am doing the salt/c protocol as well; about 3 1/2 months into it. Have never seen anything like that in my toilet! Jeannie, please post on Lymestrategies (if you are a member) so others might comment as well. deb > > > > > > > > > > > Hi, > > > > > > I know it sounds gross, but I have been doing the salt/c protocol > > > amongst all the other stuff. > > > > > > This morning I found a colony floating in the toilet!!! > > OMG... Guest guest
I checked that site. Are you saying it looks like the photos on http://www.lymephotos.com/bb/index.html? If these can be seen with the naked eye in the toilet, can the floaters I see be live (or dead) spirochetes? deb > > Yes he has a MD after his name. Guest guest
I had a couple of colonies expelled from urine immediately after beginning salt/c and I was on the lowest dose (1gm:1gm). Guest guest
I have been told that floaters are normal for everyone and its usually cells in the eye that have come loose. I honestly don't know what you are seeing in your stool, but I still suspect it's a large multi-cell organism and not a bacteria. [ ] Re: colony found in toilet I checked that site. Guest guest
Really, maybe your right. Guess I'll find out soon enough. Funny how it happened after 3 months of ABX. Maybe it was the salt/C that made this organism and a few more decide to take exit. In any case it's weird! Jeannie [ ] Re: colony found in toilet I checked that site. If these can be seen with the naked eye in the toilet, can the floaters I see be live (or dead) spirochetes? absolutely impossible. a Borrelia spirochete is about 0,3 x 20 micrometer in size. Borrelia is about a thousand times thinner than a strain of human hair (100-200 micrometer diameter). Even when looking just at the length of the spirochete, 20 micrometer is just a few times the diameter of a red blood cel. This is very far below what the naked eye can see. Guest guest
> > > I honestly don't know what you are seeing in your stool, but I still suspect > it's a large multi-cell organism and not a bacteria. if it has a wormlike appearance it could be parasitic worms. Some of these like the microfilaria can be spread by ticks. Microfilaria are an order of magnitude bigger than spirochetes, but still too small to see for the human eye (you can sometimes see them in bloodsmears under a microscope). Only the adult stages are big enough to see with the naked eye.
Guest guest
Hi First of all I'm so sorry that you are all that ill, I truly understand. Went without diagnosis for 16 yrs. Right now I'm just using sea salt that is coarse that I found a large food chain. I tried those packets of Vitamin C, didn't like them. So I got some powdered Sodium Ascorbate it's from NOW through swanson vitamin. Well, today I had two different ones come out, nothing like yesterdays!! These were in a cluster, kind of looked like a round ball but it had spirochete looking legs, many of them. I'm not saying they are. I have read and heard how small spirochetes are. But whatever these are, they are leaving my body and I'm feeling better! I use 3/4 tsp sea salt and the same of the vitamin C. If that upsets my tummy I add a little baking soda. I am for sure that I am on the right track. The bottom of my feet are not hurting today and they should be because it's going to rain soon. My pain is so bad that I'm on Norco, but today half the dose was enough. Have a good day, Jeannie Re: [ ] Re: colony found in toilet > > jeannie, > could you explain what you do for the salt/c protocol. is > your llmd backing you on the protocol as i have heard that > the high salt intake can mess things up in your body/balance. > OMG... Guest guest
> > I have read and heard how small spirochetes are. But whatever these are, they are leaving my body and I'm feeling better! It might help if your doc can find out what it is, maybe some kind of parasitic worms. If your treatment helps you get rid of the adult form but not of the earlier stages, the problem might return ... P.S.: Andrographis works against all kinds of 'snake-like' creatures, from real snakes (treating snake bites) and parasitic worms to really small 'snakes' like spirochetes. Guest guest
Hi Jay, Well from what is happening to me, I believe for me at least - IT'S KILLING organisms/parasite that have made me sick. My LLMD (a real MD) couldn't believe what I had brought in. He was really interested in finding out what it was. For me I am going to do this for a good long time. It's like pouring salt on a snail, they don't like our bodies with the salt in our bodies so they need to exit. I know I have a bunch more because of my inflammation pain. Eggs and all!!! I will take it until NOTHING comes out. First time that final things that don't belong in me are coming out!!! That's huge for me. I know it sounds gross, but really they need to exit my body!!! I even put my fiance on a very low dose and slowly will amp up according to how he feels. He doesn't have lyme, but has been to Mexico and he thinks when he was down there that he ate a lot of pork and it wasn't prepared right. So he wants to see what it does for him. I'm so happy things are finally happening!!!! I'm still detoxing, vitamins, supplements, but definitely won't be giving up on salt/C for a long time! Thanks for asking Jeannie P.S. I submitted two photos am waiting for approval and then you can see for yourself. Jeannie, What is your feeling so far of Salt/C?
Guest guest
You can learn more about the salt/Vitamin C protocol on lymestrategies (go to the files page on that group for lots of info). It is not simply taking salt and vitamin C but taking them according to a specific time schedule, ramping up so as not to experience severe herxes. Also, the protocol calls for SCWDD which stands for salt, C, water, diet (75% organic veggies) and detox. There are a number of favored adjuncts (supplements) that are recommended. deb p.s. It is not table salt - himalayan salt is preferred and RealSalt is second on the list. > > What is this salt/vitamin c formula? Is it just emergen-c? Guest guest
Jeannie, Those photo's you posted are of some type of nematode. A friend of mine posted similar photos on facebook and I have seen photos like this elsewhere too. My friend is taking an antiparisitic med called ivermectin (among other meds)and it is killing them. So that means that the salt/c protocol must be capable of killing nematodes among other things. What's interesting here is the fact that many people with Lyme disease seem to be growing these little buggers. As Knotweed said, the LD bacteria are really small. To get a good view a person would neeed to magnify the bacteria by 1000xs, way more then a household magnifying glass could magnify. My friend and I are researching these creatures so if we come up with anything I will post. Take Care, Chris
Guest guest
> > > My friend and I are researching these creatures so if we come up with anything I will post. keep me informed I'm guessing that the salt in Salt/C is first of all 'flushing' the worms and maybe not really killing them (or their eggs). So it would be interesting to see how permanent this cure is, but I agree this could be one of reasons why people improve on Salt/C (I don't believe this protocol will do anything against Borrelia). One can expect 'worm' problems with lymies, because ticks can also spread certain worm/microfilaria infections. This seems to be an ill-researched subject (especially the microfilaria, that are a bit between spirochetes and normal worms in size, you have to use a microscope to see them). Btw, ivermectin is similar to andrographis in that it targets many worm-like creatures from small to relavitely big, and also seems to work against the arthropods themselves. It is based on a natural (bacterial) product.
Guest guest
Hi, You really should join the salt/c group Knot_Weed or read the folder in my resource cd for it. There are a lot of testimonials from people where salt/c is working extremely well for them. I have friends with confirmed Chronic Lyme who have also seen it work. Don't be so skeptical, that you overlook a very simple, very cheap protocol that seems to be helping a lot of people! My wife was also on it early on and it alleviated the lyme. She stopped before it was truly in remission as it seemed to be aggravating her migraines. But she still speaks highly of it and recommends it to people. www.lyme-resource.com You can lead a person to a fact, but you can't make them think! - > [ ] Re: colony found in toilet > > > > > > > > > > My friend and I are researching these creatures so if we > come up with anything I will post. > > keep me informed > > I'm guessing that the salt in Salt/C is first of all > 'flushing' the worms and maybe not really killing them (or > their eggs).
