& fish/borage oil pain reducer?

, where do you get your fish/borage oil and how do you take it? I am

allergic to most fish, except tuna fish (usually canned). Help me find a

brand and know how to follow Dr. B's protocal?! KC in TX

in them, even if they say they are " pure " , they are not regulated. My

mercury level is slightly elevated and I was taking them. Also not to eat

warm water fish like swordfish. Just thought I would pass that along.
