It's not just situational, I think it's directly caused by the RA. Mainly because I suddenly got serious depression before I was even " sick. " I just kept thinking life sucked. And then it did Our pain and limitations don't help anything, o of course I used to take hops, and liked it a lot, I may try again. After regular use I noticed a lot less anxiety.
