My RA began attacking this joint on me last year. Being a substitute teacher, it can cause alot of problems. My Rheumy referred me to a wonderful ENT who has worked alot with RA patients. I use alot of cough drops, and warm drinks. Usually by 7 or 8 at night, I have lost my voice, espacially if I have worked several days in a row.
