I'm from Louisville, Kentucky, where 'dear' Tom spent a few years. My hubbie actually worked with him briefly at a Swensen's ice cream parlor when they were in high school. He went to the same high school as my hubbie, too, and was in hubbie's younger brother's class. Then they moved. Hubbie says that Tom was a jerk even way back then.

There was a brief letter to the editor in the Louisville paper last week, I found it pretty humorous. It more or less asked why Louisville still 'claims' Tom (some of his family still lives there, their real last name is Mapother). It said that Louisville needs to disown him at this point, because he is such an idiot. Lots and lots of Louisvillians agree!!

Well, good luck with TomKat. Why does the media give these celebrity couples these names? Brangelina...Bennifer...ugh...plain weird. I really dislike when they do that.
