My husband's LLPsyc. advised him to take 400 mg of SAM-E (split in 2 daily doses). It should help w/pain and depression. As for me I take 150mg Effexor and it works pretty well (most days)!!

MD (father, 11 yr old son, and hubby have LD and coinfections........Am I next??)
