Hi All,

I am almost 14 weeks pregnant, time is flying! I had the CVS test which tests

for chromosonal abnormalities and everything has turned out normal! I have

also learned that I am having a boy! Actually, during my test when I was 12

and a half weeks pregnant the tech was able to see the " evidence " on the

ultrasound which showed he was a boy!

I told my boss yesterday and that went well too. I have so much to do, we

want to move for example, but we are really happy! My flares of my illnesses

seem to be calming down so hopefully everything will stay quiet and I can just

be a normal pregnant woman!

Well I will be induced next week, I go into the hospital Monday

night. You prayers and good thoughts are such a comfort to me, you

have no idea! As we know from experience, health is everything and

that's all I want for my child. I think because of my experience,

and also because there is Cerebral Palsy and Down's Syndrome in my

family, and that my DH advocates for disabled children

professionally, that we definitely worry more about our child's

health than the average expectant parents!
