It will sound simplistic but.........stay as chemically free and as mold free as possible.........( reduce exposures ) and that includes your clothing and soft furniture,

and some members of the American Academy of Medicine would add: take plenty of vitamin B-12

Doing all that you said. Is my time frame of two years after ttwelve years of expisure to at least feel half better , realistic? I feel its not, huh? Thank you for answering,

My bloodwork and xrays are all normal after being dx'd about 2 or 3

months ago and being sick for several years before that.

I think most people here will tell you that it's important to get

dx'd and get on meds that will help slow the progression of the disease,

otherwise it will do irreversible damage.

I gained weight, too, from being so immobile all the time. But I'm

hoping that once my RA is relatively controlled, that I'll have more

energy and be able to exercise again.

Good luck with your rh appt next month, I would definitely suggest that

you consider aggressive meds. Hopefully you'll start feeling better

soon :)
