missing adult teeth?

This is off topic I guess just wondering if anyone else has

encountered this phenomenon. We have found out our 14 yr old who has

high functioning autism and was also diagnosed with cerebral palsy as

an infant - that dx subsequently removed - is missing two adult teeth

with a 3d not well developed. The dentist showed me on the xrays yesterday.
