Guest guest
Hi all,.In my Australian newspaper, I came across an article which states that Omega-3 fatty acids helps keep levels of zinc in the brain in balance and helps prevent the increase in levels that triggers cell death... Now I'm confused as to whether or not I should be supplementing Zinc Picolinate(he's currently at 30mg/day or every other day) or how much Omega-3 he should be getting(currently is only on 'eye q', a children's formulation-EPA 92MG,DHA-28MG). Here are the 2 articles: http://au.news./a/-/latest/6751447/omega-3-protects-brain-from-alzheime\ rs/ http://www.naturalhealthweb.com/articles/Silva49.html Donna Aussie mum to C-5-ASD J-10-NT
