Can you tell me the side effects your son had from the magnesium? I'm asking

because I started my daughter on the oil from Ancient Minerals over the weekend

and she was very stimmy and her eyes were dialated, which we haven't seen in a

while. However, she did have some good bursts in language. And it did seem to

be itchy, so I think she needs it. Maybe a different type would be better for

her?

I find magnesium glycinate for oral ingestion. Long epsom salts baths are also

very good.

+++Hi April,

I do not recommend take any other form of magnesium other than citrate, so if

you are doing my program you need to get the correct kind.

All carbs (all plant foods) feed candida but it is unnecessary and impractical

to eliminate all of them including low carb/sugar vegetables. That's why the

vegetables on this program are the lowest in carbs/sugars.
