Hey all,

I had a question in regards to grooming.

I was diagnosed with JRA in my pre-teens; I'm 38 now.

I have aids & devices to help wwith dressing and grooming, but the one thing I can't do is bend/kneel down to cut my toe nails. A family member has always helped with this.

Do others have this situation? And if so, do you rely on a family member? An assistant?

Any input would be helpful.

Thanks!

Have you tried a nail salon? They usually are experienced and the price is about $12.00. You don't have to have them painted. Also, the pedicure includes a foot soak that's great for ridding of dead skin that you may not be able to get to.
