Guest guest Posted January 19, 2006 Report Share Posted January 19, 2006 I've had 2 MRI's the first one they gave me a shot of Valium and I brought my own driver. The second one was better and they turned music on for me. MRI's are kind of small areas but if you ask sometimes they can put you in feet first, this helps with that wedged in feeling. You will be okay. They have a microphone in there that they can hear you talk and can talk to you. You can also ask them to say something to you occassionally and/or talk to you during the test.
