Hi all,

This spring, I introduced Vitamin A to my son up to 25000 Pure's brand. He got a

spot on his back that dermatologist said was a streptodermia infection.

I withdrew VitA for other reasons (yest and bacteria overgrowth) for about 2

weeks, and then reintroduced again. On half dose he got the same streptodermia

spot on the same place of his back again.

Did anyone have the same symptoms, or close to these? I don't know if

streptokokk can be connected to the Vit A. Advise please...

According to Dr. McCandless, 10,000 - 25, 000 IU per day for maintenance. Your

child may need less.

Not for my son. Once the measles virus was gone [which took two high dose

protocols], I was then unable to give him any supplemental vitamin A.

That is what some people recommend, yes.

Depends on your child.
