Thanks, Selma. Today, I am taking it three times but much reduced amounts on

the last one. I maybe could go for a lot less, but since I am doing well as is,

I am kind of afraid to do it. As a few months ago I did, and kind of relapsed.

AND I remember what JWF from the LymeNet group said about he and his wife taking

herbs for 2 years and 3 months and now has be tested negative for the disease.

No abx.

I will probably always take at least a little bit of herbs, as they have

benefits for old age also. Like I have said before, Arthritis runs on my

mothers side of the family and was affecting me long before I got Lyme.

Take care,

Jim.

So happy for you, Jim!! You make me smile when I see you're so

active, and ONLY TAKING CAPSULES 2X DAY! YUHOOOOO!!!

I'm still on 4 andro a day plus 40 drops of teasel tincture for the

borrelia in my brain.

I feel so well now as I never felt since I caught lyme.

We're gonna make it!!

Take care! And happy Christmas!

down to Kentucky where I sold it along with a car and a bunch of

parts, hauled my Toyota Tercel down there and drove it back.

the big snows hit. We are having a reprieve this week on the

weather. Going to super Insulate my new house addition and garage

Thursday. Then got to move a few cars around, while I can before the

snows hit.

But now got to make appointments again to finish it up. I don't like

going to dentists, but know it needs doing. The guy I have been

going to is a little too careless in my estimation. He doesn't get

everything out when he extracts teeth sometimes. The last one I got

an infection in when I was on my Texas trip and it took three weeks

to get over. Finally a piece of tooth fragment worked its way out of

my gum.

Book.

trips and things stayed about the same, so am considering cutting

back more now and see what happens. Course I still take a lot more

than you do each day. Even though not at maximum now.
