Speaking of Dr. K -

i recently bought his rechts-regulat (fermented enzymes).

i opened it yesterday and i'm wondering if it needs to be refrigerated.

all the writing on the bottle is in German so i can't make any sense

from it.

i haven't refrigerated it - so i'm afraid to try a second dose.

Steve, I always keep it refrigerated. I think you don't HAVE to, as

the life time of it is about a month after opening. Unless you have

left it open under the sun or excessive heat, I don't think it'll be

a problem.

It's been long I don't use it anymore due to high price, but I buy

another brand and do keep it inside my refrigerator!

If you copy-paste what's written, I can translate it for you, even

though my German is not excellent.

The brand I buy is probably not as good as Rechts, but it's good for

my finances!! It's called Vita Biosa (you can google it). It comes in

a liter bottle, muuuuch bigger than Rechts bottles, we can keep it

for a month if refrigerated. The process is not cascade-fermentation,

only fermentation, but of many different fruits/ plants.

I never had problems of blood coagulation that I knew, even when I

had babesia. Now that I seem to have knocked it, I won't shift to

Rechts because of price. Maybe things would have been different if

coagulation was one of my priorities. But I don't see any difference

in consuming either one or the other, but that's just my own

experience. Some people swear by Rechts, though.
