  MCS/smell sensitivity tips?

Hi again,

My smell sensitivity (and light sensitivity, not to mention whatever else I'm

forgetting) have calmed down some since I've been feeling better on the

herbals.

However I can still be wiped out by being near scents, including perfumes,

colognes, those d**m plug-in air " fresheners " (now there's an oxymoronic

product), candles, etc, etc.

Does anyone have any helpful suggestions for dealing with these kinds of

sensitivities while in public, and/or have any remedies which have helped?

I've ordered one of those personal air cleaner things you hang around your

neck, and I have some homeopathic nasal stuff which I tried once and it didn't

seem to help at all.

I also looked up MCS groups in the and the list that came up was

a bit overwhelming, so if anyone is on one that would be helpful and more

suited to these kinds of questions, please let me know.

Thanks.

Ann
