Guest guest
Hi again, My smell sensitivity (and light sensitivity, not to mention whatever else I'm forgetting) have calmed down some since I've been feeling better on the herbals. However I can still be wiped out by being near scents, including perfumes, colognes, those d**m plug-in air " fresheners " (now there's an oxymoronic product), candles, etc, etc. Does anyone have any helpful suggestions for dealing with these kinds of sensitivities while in public, and/or have any remedies which have helped? I've ordered one of those personal air cleaner things you hang around your neck, and I have some homeopathic nasal stuff which I tried once and it didn't seem to help at all. I also looked up MCS groups in the and the list that came up was a bit overwhelming, so if anyone is on one that would be helpful and more suited to these kinds of questions, please let me know. Thanks. Ann
