Guest guest
Recent postings have announced Texas Senate hearings about tick-borne diseases; scheduled March 16th, 2000 in Austin, May 9th in Dallas, with a 3rd unscheduled meeting sometime later in the year, probably in Houston. The hearings will be chaired by Texas Senator . Senator is also a Lyme disease victim, whose debilitation was so severe that his shoulders had to be reconstructed. He is also a very, very effective politician, hence his consistant return to office. If you'd life to read more about him, you can read a lengthy, often not very flattering, article at http://www.star-traveler.com/specials/99harris/index.htm Personally, I like the guy for his guts and determination, if not always for his style.R. -- Euless, TexasA Tick Made Me SickTIICS Are Keeping Me That Way(The Insurance Industry Captive Specialists)http://www.angelfire.com/biz/romarkaraoke/james.html3-10-2000
