Guest guest Posted November 28, 1999 Report Posted November 28, 1999 Thank you all -- --------- Forwarded Message --------- DATE: Sun, 28 Nov 1999 11:00:41 From: Umpadaisie@... hartcrove.tim@... Hi Tim! I am soo very sorry to hear about your friend. My name is , I am all so 18 and a dwarf. I wish somehow that i could talk to your friend. I don't know if it would do any good though. I have to say growing up as a little person isn't the easiest way to do it...but sometimes there is no choice. I have only had one short term boyfriend in my life...and finally i have found another...so i know how she feels. i don't know what to tell you to tell your friend...that is a very difficult situation for you to be in. Why do her foster parents want her to move out? because she is 18? has she finished high school? is she going to go to college? what type of dwarf is she? how tall is your friend? please tell your friend not to kill herself....tell her she was put here on this earth as a little person for a reason. she may not know the reason yet..but she one day will. explain to her that being a dwarf isn't a bad thing...but that it is awesome that she gets to see the world from a different view. i know i would never want to be tall. and the boyfriend thing...that can be real tough...guys just don't like us because we are little...they love being good friends with you..treating you like their little sister..but they wouldn't dare be caught in public holding your hand or anything else...but that is just the imaturity of the guys but unfortunatly we as llittle people have to pay for it. it really hurts to know that they don't like you because you are little...but the guys do get over that more so as they get into their 20s. well tim, i am going to go..i need to get ready for work...i hope i can be of some help. if your friend as a computer will you please have her e-mail me. does she know any other little people very well? well i hope you have a wonderful day...and please keep me filled on your friend's progress...you are a wonderful friend to inquire about help. e-mail me if there is anything else you would like to know...any questions or anything in general...about me or little people? i hope i can be of some help for you. i will keep your friend in my prayers. sincerely, PS...please do me a favor and take your friend some plain white daisies..i know you think that sounds nuts..but that will bring a smile to her face...and if you want you can tell her that they are from me. --------- End Forwarded Message --------- Get your FREE Email at http://mailcity.lycos.com Get your PERSONALIZED START PAGE at http://my.lycos.com Quote
Guest guest Posted July 10, 2004 Report Posted July 10, 2004 To Pegasus.realm, After my liver biopsy I had sharp stabing pains In my liver. I still have imflamation/swelling of the liver. My doctor said it is normal. Now that i'm on the treatment I have shooting pain shortly after my weekly shot. If she has concerns she should bring it up to her Doctor. It will take a while for the site of the liver biopsy to heal, remember the needle had to go all the way to the liver. It didn't just poke the skin. Tina Quote
