Hello Annette,

Sorry to read you're having a hard time on the tx. I went thru it a

few years ago & can empathize. Have you told your Dr. about the

varios sides you're experiencing? There are several meds he can

prescribe to help you thru. Whether its depression, low blood cell

count, (fatigue), there are plenty of meds that can counter these

sides. Please talk to him. You don't have to go thru this alone.

Hi Annette. Well, you've come to the right place for shoulders to lean on, we're all leaning up against each other here. Sorry to hear you're having such a tough time. I know it gets pretty tiresome after a while, doesn't it? I have been through the treatment and I know what you mean. It gives meaning to the old "I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired". Though you are 16 weeks in, so you have a good start. Hopefully the good days will start to increase in numbers for you. My name is Dave and I have been undetectable for about 3 years now (2 1/2 years after completing treatment). Hi Annette, I just finished my 16th shot also, and it does gets frustrating

at times. You are going to find a lot of great people here, who will

listen and give sound advice. The sides I have are different each week, but

the tiredness gets to me the worst. I can make it thru work and come

straight home and crash. I try to focus on anything and keep myself busy

somehow. I even started playing Playstation for it keeps my mind occupied

enough I don't think. Then when I get tired I sleep.

How long are your treatments for?

Hi Annette. I'm and my husband, Shane, is on tx...7th

shot...I think...good grief it's flow by. Sorry I didn't respond the

other day to your post, but I was checking them at work and someone

walked in. There is TONS of support here in the group. Everyone is

just wonderful. I may not be on tx, but I'm here with an ear when

you need one. Your email address says bird lover....

1. Is there really a bird that eats mosquitos? What kind of bird?

2. Our neighbor puts our bird seed ALL the time, and the birds that

come to eat it are just UGLY...is there a special seed for pretty

birds? Hope you laughed, but I'm slightly serious here.
