Thanks for sharing these inspirational words. It is so helpful to remember that

it is a series of little choices over time that got us where we are and will get

us where we want to be. When I'm feeling like results aren't coming fast enough,

I have a mantra, " If I live a certain lifestyle, eventually my body will catch

up. " If I live like an athlete, eventually I'll look like one too. Just like

when I lived an overindulgent lifestyle I ended up obese!

Thanks Janet! The patch seems to be working...so to spare my family

I'm going to stay on it! They don't like the claws either....wimps!!

LOL!!

I've known several people with bi-polar. I know that it is hard for

them to find the right combo of drugs to keep them in " balance " and

that is really tough. I guess just talking to them and being VERY

honest with them was the key to my success. Don't take their crap

and don't let them use their " disability " to get away with murder!!

I don't mean to sound heartless, this is a very serious disease.

Sometimes it is good to just walk away from the situation too. Take

a breather. Good luck Janet.

> Hi Barbara...I had a hysterectomy about 2 years ago..I was on the

path then the pills then the shots but now back on the pills..They

just chaned my pills the other day..Don't know the name of em and

don't care as long as my claws don't come out like my husband

says..LOL..Oh he knows if I missed a couple of days..LOL Good luck

with the hormones and treatment!!
