I tested negative after 6 mos, but my doctor had me finish the 12 month treatment anyway, I did, just to be on the safe side. Because the virus is undetectable under a certain level, they can't be sure that it is gone. So if you test negative and there are a few hundred copies, or whatever sneaks under the threshhold of detection, once you stop treatment (whether at 6 mos or 12) it could start replicating again. If you had eliminated it, which we will hope and pray you did, you'll be fine. I would get another test at the 12 month point. -dz-raven2foulks <raven2foulks@...> wrote:

Glad to hear from you again, Jan. We mised you. How did things ever turn out with that vehicle? How about your foot, I hope that has healed before you had to move!! I remember here in Green Bay, several months after I had quit drinking. I had lost all my drinking "buddies", and my gf was gone. I moved absolutely by myself. The only help I got was by giving this guy a dresser and in return, when he came to pick it up with his pickup truck (I only had a 2-door Plymouth at the time) We threw a few pieces of furniture on his truck along with his dresser and moved them. That was quite a job! Poor Diane has had more than her share of heartbreak in this past year or so. You know, I think we just added our third Diane to the group. In the beginning we had extra Dave's, which is when I changed my "handle" to -dz- now, I believe I'm the only one, at least active. I know we have many more members than posters, and that's fine, no rule says you have to post. Our function is just to get the

message out, some people are more comfortable listening than talking. I don't remember who said it, (I'm thinking Mark Twain) but he said he never learned a thing while his mouth was going.... anyway good to hear from you. -dz-Janet <jfw4359@...> wrote:

I was also on the 48 week treetment & was undectable at 3 month's. I asked my Doctor if I needed to do the full 48 week. He said yes, to make sure it wouldn't come back. Yeah, I know what you mean. That’s

one advantage we have with Mom being here, we usually traveled to Milwaukee over Thanksgiving and Christmas, now we

stay put and my brother and sisters get to take the drive, if they want to…
