Guest guest
Hard to believe mardi gras is already coming up again. Well, my Packers got their butts whipped yesterday to knock them out of the playoffs. Our weather has been kind of iffy... we had bitter below zero cold, followed by a couple of snowstorms (luckily the worst of the snowstorms hit south of us). It seems to be settling down now to our normal January weather. It's 13 degrees right now at 8:20 am. I've been sick all week with sniffles and a queasy stomach. I could hardly sleep last night. I was tired as hell at 8:00pm last night and laid down. Does anybody else ever get these, like panic attacks where you can't breathe? I feel like I have to swallow, and then I can't and I can't breathe either. I have to stop trying to swallow, calm myself, take a breath and then I'm ok again. -dz- At 12:07 PM 1/8/2005, you wrote: Hell yall all come on down..I don't mind one bit.Hubby was gone 6 days..Came in for one ans is off again for hopefully 3 weeks this time..That way he can be in for Mardi Gras..Either way I'm gonna have a blast..I started making sure the door is open all the way now..LOL..I still have the headaches but not as bad..Can't blame them on the hubby this time..LOL.. Guest guest
I'm starting to feel a little better. I ended up taking off work Tuesday, I couldn't even talk. I still have the sniffles and feel a bit wiped out, but I'm getting better!!! We have more subzero temperatures coming our way, but after seeing that tsunami, the mudslides and now flooding, I guess I'll count my blessings. We are a little bit north of all the precipitation. We got some freezing rain yesterday. -dz At 09:06 AM 1/12/2005, you wrote: Been feeling like crap myself Dave..Have been fighting headaches again..Feeling sick to my stomach..got a cough and now I am getting a damn bladder infection..And to top it all off my Van stil isn't fixed..DAMN!!!! Guest guest
No, I haven't got it... I know about the car troubles, I had this guy I used to take my car to. He was an independent guy, had a little shop and was very reasonable. Well, one of the last times I saw him, he was at his shop, he had set up a bed on the upper level and had a bracelet around his ankle. (house arrest) The next time I took my car in, I called him after several days, half the time I got no answer, and then when it was supposed to be ready the next time, I called, no answer. I drove by his shop and saw my car sitting right where it had been sitting, he never looked at it. I took my spare key got in my car and drove it back home. Then I found a new mechanic.. My back has been killing me. I left work about an hour early yesterday because I couldn't stand it anymore. Then this morning we have 5 inches of snow on the ground. Luckily my back is feeling a little better (and I have a snowblower). It's done now, Son of a gun! Just as I'm speaking the damn plow is filling my approach back up. -dz- At 01:56 PM 1/18/2005, you wrote: I am feeling better too exept that ass never did fix my Van..Had it for 5 days and nothing..I am pissed!!!!!!!!! It stopped snowing last night, but we're expecting a big storm tonite.
