I had spoken to a pharmacist that works with LDN and one of the LDN doctors regarding the kidney failure of a friend. She has some type of an auto-immune kidney disease. She is currently on dialysis and had been only running at about 9% function for each kidney. The advise that I got was that if it is auto-immune related, it is worth a try. My friend did not give it a try however. Personally I would have tried that first, but I can't be too pushy because she is at such a critical state. If it were caught earlier, I would have had more gumption. Your kidney difficulties are not auto-immune related, so there is no real indication as to whether LDN would or would not prove helpful, but you never know.
