I relate it to hypo too. My mom had her thyroid removed when she was 19, circa

1930's, due to goiter. Originally she took Armour but by the 60's she was on

Synthroid. Her legs used to crack really loud. As a child, I could always find

her in the store if I got separated by stopping and listening for the sound.

LOL

to list... all being fantastic or better. It has taken total focus to understand

things that occur within one's body, and we are doing this for two of us. I

won't go into the backstories as it would take far too long. Suffice it to say

we work to be aware and vigilant of the many combinations of things that make

iodine and its many related things, work.

popping. Especially in the shoulder and upper back area. I am keenly aware of

adrenal issues and have worked on those as well. What I find really interesting

is when I pump up the volume, meaning advance some iodine to get into a detox

zone, my joints pop. Markedly more. Especially in the upper back and shoulders.

It has become very predictable.

joints pop. And I know stress that pushes adrenal function can focus among other

things into the shoulder and neck, you know, the neck stress thing. So I am

wondering about this thing that happens when I push the iodine protocol into the

detox zone, meaning I up the iodine intake to push out heavy metals, halides,

etc... I note an increase in this what I assume is a buildup of... carbon

dioxide and nitrogen?????, in the shoulders and neck?

diminishes this popping or as I gather, release of gasses from the joint. It

seems to increase when I push iodine and the related supplements into a detox. I

am wondering what the relationship between the idea of joints, gas buildup, and

iodine detox, have to do with each other??? In my body at least, this domino

effect is really predictable. What is curious is it centers in the upper

shoulders and neck, and I have had adrenal issues too which have been largely

addresses and managed. Iodine continues to do cool things which is why I ask.

One of the coolest things is the bromine detox acne that blew up everywhere,

face, back, arms, etc... after two years does NOT happen. So many aspects of the

detox roadmap have come true, not the least of which is brain fog. And eyesight.

And skin condition. And on and on.

research and do not know if they are connected, but would relish the opinions or

advice of another here about this joint popping buildup that seems to occur when

I push the iodine into the detox zone.

I lived with popping joints toes, ankle, knees, hips, neck, elbows, shoulders,

fingers. My body was totally toxic and unable to deal with the carbon dioxide

and nitrogen as well as other by-products. For several years I lived with

horrible aching as well. Even the tips of my fingers ached.

Finally I found naturopathic care and through diet, supplements and lifestyle

changes my life changed. My popping joints were gone in a week and with

lifestyle changes have never returned.
