Guest guest
Hi everyone, Hope you all are well. I'm writing to ask a curiosity question. I've been going to PT for the last two or three months and it was for my back originally as I was having a lot of trouble with pain, and muscle spasms, etc. I went to a back specialist since and was told about the SI joints being inflamed and that being an effect from the pa. Am sure many of you can relate to the discomfort this brings on. Well, some of you know that I have a hip affected from pa and has to be replaced. I'm wondering if the PT exercises I'm doing for my back, that involve my hip, are making me feel worse as for my hip. Some of the stretches I'm doing are helping for my back, but some of the actual exercises may be hurting my hip. I say this cause after PT the last three weeks, I've felt worse than when I went in there...I also wonder what you think of Estem treatments? I've been doing that and my back has been bothering me ever since that yesterday and the last couple weeks. I thought the estem treatments were helping but maybe they aren't either. Tonight I was talking with my fiance's ex who used to be a nurse, we did a collective thing with their kid, anyways she said that PT didn't help her with her fibro, but that chiropractic care did. Was wondering what any of you thought about chiropractic care for the pa? If you think that maybe the PT might be causing more harm for my hip? I'm awaiting availability for the hip replacement surgery thus why I've not done anything about my hip yet. Some of the exercises I'm doing in PT feel good on the hip in session, but after is when I really feel it. Just thought I'd see what anyone thinks. Thanks a bunch, Carla and The Fur Kids cklaesch@...
