Could pa happen to siblings

Does any one know if pa could happen to siblings.My 3 yr old is

starting to complain of pain in his arms,feet,and toes.When he wakes

up in the morning.Also what is the norm for MTX my chris,who is 8 is

up to 25 mg.He was taking 12.5 mg for about 3 months with no

improvement.So they upped it to the 25 mg He has been on that,for 2

months.For a total of 5 months he has been on MTX.And is still in

sever pain.Any comments would be helpful.
