exausted I get. Is there a different product that I can use?I've been having

abdominal pain right on the liver area for 1 month

Taurine can also help the liver.

Several supps made me really tired at first, and what I did was take them at

night as sleeping aids, until they no longer made me tired/sleepy.

reason you are exausted is probably adrenals, and you are on the right track,

you supplement the liver with milk thistle, what is happening is that your body

then has a little of what it needs to help processing out toxins, but not

enough, so you are exausted. It is exausting processing out toxins. In my

experience don't rule out exausted, just support liver and adrenals with

exausted.

Food based vitamins instead of synthetics, less supplements altogether if

possible.
