This indeed is a very important step towards collectivisation of drug users

community in Manipur.

Creating a State level platform for local CBO/CBGs of IDUs will enable the

community to advocate their issues in more effective manner.

I am optimistic that all the recommendations adopted by the workshop will be

incorporated in the revised State AIDS Policy under the able guidance of present

Project Director, MSACS, who is very supportive towards issues related to

community.
