At Thorne's website you can read about their Basic Nutrients line http://www.thorne.com/index/mod/products/a/product_order/user_type/ppl (scroll down a bit, then click on the one you want to read about) I've found a couple websites that sell Thorne at a discount. I got the TMG (Trimethylglycine) from Swansons, thats very common and easy to find at most vitamin outlets. I am wondering why it is sometimes compounded with MB-12 injections, is it best absorbed the same way? I was going to buy the oral supplement, but wanted to know this first.
