Guest guest
yep, found it in my trash bin. I don't read posts at my email, delete em regularly, en mass - remember why I read posts " on list, " the email version makes my eyes go totally buggy...anyway, re-postg, well, just cause... ===========>>>>> " placossarnold " <Patty@...> wrote: > Anyhow. I hate to ask all the same questions over and over as others so is there a cheat sheet somewhere to help me figure out the basics? ===rofl, growling & put upon sighs can be heard over this way :b ...this has been my life past few years...Mostly, I just read, and read, and reread again. all of it. everything. sometimes anything. cannot even convey just how/what kind of challenged I feel like. zI have put some links below that I have used as my own range of personal cheat sheets, starting points, specific to this basic info. And, ask questions at will. The best people, with the best answers, have been here " forever, " and have been in your shoes, of a sorts...and will answer, when you are truly frustrated. Busy place - repost, do not take it personally if/when a post is not answered... > If taken alone what is the recommended dosing/weight for ala. Still 1/8-1/4? ===yes, this sounds right to me - what we do, still closer to 1/8 than 1/4 at this point, to boot. > What minerals do I need to be sure to supplement? I know Zinc but what else? ===See Moria's site, or the files here. or onibasu wiki. > > I feel like I don't even know what questions to ask. For me, browsing works. I browsed this group rather nonstop for at least a year - would just pick of month of a random year and start looking for common " stuff. " Amazing how so many " new " answers are just too frigging old. ig. (anyway, that is using the home page of the group - that square thing at the bottom of (my) screen :b ) > > If you have read all of this thank you and please Help! > > Patty > ===more people will :b Links for info and cheat sheets... http://www.noamalgam.com/ .....Andy's Book, Amalgam Illness. Not only chock full of " real " info, but also " real " answers...and lots of cheat sheets, once you(me) can figure out some of the gobbledygook going on. http://home.earthlink.net/~moriam/ ....This is my favorite for basic, basic, basic info, with the tidbits of " if, then " type of info included, but not way overwhelming, yk? frequent-dose-chelation/ ....browse here, just as often as I do here. http://www.danasview.net/parent3.htm ...this being the most helpful page for me, at Dana's site. http://onibasu.com/wiki/Autism_Mercury ...the wiki! love it. (go between there & Moria's site regularly) http://www.noamalgam.com/ ...yep, repeating! Amalgam Illness, the book :b This has been crucial, the most indispensible resource that I use for all this crapola...when I live in " too much input - unable to process " land...I can skim this book & find SomeThing relatively benign to try or do next. ....and, this is the book/info I trust most - meshing with experiences, meshing with info I found previous to this book, and meshing with the info I have found since... elizabeth and! remembered my name this time :b > > > > > > Please bear with me. We are planning to chelate both of our girls but I'm trying to figure it all out now and really struggling. Probably my own " mercury brain " . I wish I could chelate myself but my younger DD is still nursing and not ready to wean. > > > > > > Anyhow. I hate to ask all the same questions over and over as others so is there a cheat sheet somewhere to help me figure out the basics? We have a pretty good supplements program going for my 5 year old but I'm not sure it is adequate for while we are chelating. The toddler doesn't take nearly as much as my 5 year old but she doesn't have the severe behavioral issues either. > > > > > > I'm considering brainchild minerals for the toddler just for ease of dosing 4x daily. Can I give those with the chelator? Do I follow their recommendations for dosing or is there some other way to factor how much is needed? > > > > > > If taken alone what is the recommended dosing/weight for ala. She has done 2 months of diflucan and although it helps at the time it just comes back once the month is done. I really struggled with this with her big sister and after trying every herbal treatment out there the only thing that worked was diflucan. This has left me a bit gun shy to try the natural/herbal route with my youngest since it is so much more effort and never got me anywhere. (she is also very sensitive to phenols and many yeast fighters are high phenol). > > > > > > If you have read all of this thank you and please Help! > > > > > > Patty > > > > > >
