is right. Even here in Nagaland, OVC and CABA details are not available.

In fact ours was the only organization which did some survey of such children in

Dimapur district.

We are trying to push support system for the HIV infected children in the state

but thetre are no supporting data and the promised survey is also not happening.

 

Sensational and emotional sessions do not help anybody actually!
