The soy and rice milks I use have calcium, but I have always had terrible

problems absorbing and metabolizing vitamin D.I have had rickets much of my

life.

Laying off the chelation has improved things.

I think I use D3.I use drops.I live in New Mexico look it up for skin

cancer.I used to think it was all due to malabsorption, but I now know It

has to do with both metabolism, AND absorption in the small intestine.I

have been found to have Type II hereditary vitamin

D-deficiency(nonrenal),with a 25(OH)2D receptor mutation.
